Condominium Master Insurance Certificate Requests

Please email your requests to certs@marisbrowninsurance.com 

You may also fax your requests to 586-589-5957 if you are unable to email. 

Your request must include:

-Name of condo association / complex

-Borrower's first and last name, as it appears on the mortgage or loan 

-Full street address of the condo unit

-Lender name or mortgagee clause

-Mortgage loan number, account number, or reference ID

Please be advised that your request may take up to 2 business days to process. 

We process these requests as quickly as we can, in the order in which we receive them. 

Please note: Lenders are now requiring their info to be added, along with the unit owner's, on the master insurance certificate. This annually-renewed document is not automatically sent to each unit owner, so the lender or unit owner needs to reach out to request a new copy each year.
